Merthyr (where the apartment is) was a neighbourhood within New Farm & until 1975 it was a separate suburb.

Plenty of options....Walking is great, CityCycle is just up the road, CityCat (ferry) is direct to CBD, various Buses, Electric Scooters or Uber!
