Located directly on the sand, this beautiful retreat offers uninterrupted views of the Gulf and immediate beach access. Guests enjoy a complimentary beach setup, including two chairs and an umbrella, ready and waiting for your toes-in-the-sand relaxation. Inspired by the Australian word Moomba, meaning “Let’s get together and have fun,” this home was designed for unforgettable coastal memories with family and friends.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are maintained above and beyond industry standards to remove any worry and make your stay with us an ideal, memorable vacation. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

Great place and quiet even though it was a townhome. The pictures were very accurate and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Pompano Joe’s had great food/atmosphere and in walking distance from the townhome. The parking is very tight and some guests were double stacking the vehicles which made it hard to back out of the property. Would definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful right on the beach. No need to bring any beach chairs or toys there are plenty at the house to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. The only problem was Parking we had to pay extra to park one of our vehicles. Definitely rent a golf cart totally worth it. Easy Walking distance to a lot of stuff. Coffee, ice cream, shopping, restaurants.Over all it’s a great place to stay with family or friends

We had such a great time at Moomba! Came here with the kids and honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot. Being right on Miramar Beach was everything. The kids ran straight to the water every morning, and we didn’t have to worry about parking, hauling beach gear, or any of that. The place itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Nothing fancy, just a really comfortable, easy vacation. We’d 100% come back. If you’re thinking about it, book it!

The online description was not accurate. The first level bedroom was very out of date and not the cleanest. The refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen smelled liked dead fish. There was a roach in the kitchen as well. The hot water did not work. We tried reaching out for someone to fix it, no one answered. Over all it was not the cleanest. But the view was great and the top floor bedrooms were nice.
