Originally a beloved local physician’s office, this home has been thoughtfully converted into two separate apartments while maintaining its historic character. The quirky layout reflects its past life: dining rooms in old waiting areas, bedrooms in exam rooms, and even a desk nook where the receptionist once sat. It’s a one-of-a-kind blend of nostalgia, comfort, and functionality.



The Loft (Upstairs):

This second-floor apartment features 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with a cozy bunk bed), 1 full bath, and an additional half bath. Please note this unit has guests below, so it’s best suited for respectful, quieter gatherings.

No pets allowed (except trained service animals). Please respect quiet hours from 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM. This is a cherished neighborhood with year-round residents.
