Communication with the host and check-in and check-out process was smooth. The hosts were accommodating for us to have an early check-in. The home has plenty of room for a large group and some good spaces indoors and outdoors for hanging out. The hot tub and pool were in working order and we used them. The pool table is great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pictures on-line are from awhile back and the home is in need of some TLC. The grill had not been cleaned in a long time and when we actually went to use it, it the grease and food droppings started on fire and we had to put it out and fix the burners that were not in the right place.

This was the perfect home for a Girls Getaway. There were 8 of us and the spacious house accommodated everyone with room to spare. The house was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We were close to lots of activities, like a Cubs game, tour of Taliesin West and the Desert Botanical Gardens. Great restaurants nearby as well. Very happy with our stay!

House layout was amazing for what we wanted and needed. The house itself could use some upkeep. Hot tub jets did not work appropriately, leak from one of the showers upstairs into main dining room, built in microwave did not work and the main AC unit responsible for cooling the main living area kept freezing up and failed to keep main area cool. Overall the house is amazing, great for large groups and families, just wished some of the other issues did not appear.
