Welcome to Forest Haven, a secluded hilltop retreat nestled among 15.5 private wooded acres in the Catskills. Combining rustic charm with thoughtfully designed interiors and beautiful natural surroundings, this peaceful cabin is the perfect escape for couples, families, and friends seeking privacy, relaxation, and a connection to nature.

**THE CABIN**

Step inside to discover warm wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and picture windows framing the surrounding forest. The inviting living room features a cozy sectional and wood-burning stove, creating the perfect atmosphere for chilly autumn evenings and snowy winter days.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast or gathering for dinner after a day exploring the Catskills.

**SAUNA & OUTDOOR LIVING**

One of the cabin's most special features is its private Scandinavian-style sauna, available year-round. After a day of hiking or exploring nearby towns, return home for a relaxing sauna session surrounded by nature.

The expansive 2,000-square-foot deck offers beautiful wooded views and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Gather around the fire pit beneath the stars, sip your morning coffee in the crisp mountain air, or simply enjoy the tranquility of your private forest retreat.

The property also features a resurfaced tennis court and wooded grounds to explore.

**BEDROOMS & ACCOMMODATIONS**

The cabin features two main bedrooms with queen-size beds, plus a small loft with a double bed, accessed by a ladder. The loft offers additional sleeping space but may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility limitations.

The home includes one full bathroom with a shower.

**EXPLORE THE CATSKILLS**

Ideally located near Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Preserve, the cabin offers easy access to scenic hiking trails, spectacular mountain views, and outdoor adventures throughout the year.

Explore charming nearby towns, including Kerhonkson, Accord, Stone Ridge, and Woodstock, where you'll find independent shops, farm stands, restaurants, and local attractions.

Whether you're planning a romantic weekend, a peaceful winter escape, or a relaxing getaway with friends, Forest Haven offers the perfect setting to slow down and recharge.

**SEASONAL AMENITIES**

The heated saltwater pool is closed for the fall and winter season and is scheduled to reopen May 20 through October 3, 2027.

The private sauna is available year-round.

BATHROOMS:
The house runs on a septic system. Please dispose of all baby wipes, paper towels sanitary products and food scraps in the garbage instead of in the toilets. The bathroom is equipped with disposable sanitary bags.

PROPERTY CONDITION & DAMAGES:
All damages to the home will result in a cost to replace and/or repair. The tenant must report if any damages are present at the property within two hours of arrival. If there is no report of any damage, the tenant assumes responsibility for damages incurred during the rental period. Furniture, electronics, and artwork are not to be moved. Premises left dirtier than what is considered normal will result in additional cleaning costs.

NO SMOKING:
No Smoking is allowed inside the house. Smoking inside the house results in the loss of the entire Security Deposit. Smoking is permitted outside. There is a $50 charge for leaving cigarette butts on the property.

NOISE:
Please respect the surrounding property owners.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house. Enjoy the in-ground heated salt pool, large deck with lounge chairs and table, tennis court, basketball court, and more. There is a fence around the pool for child safety. Please note all members of the guest party most sign the pool waiver.

Other things to note:
Garbage is limited to four bags maximum per stay; for three night stays or less.
