Nice little house with good open concept, floor to ceiling windows in back to see out on the canal and the having access to the boat was great. We took it out a few times to the Sandbar and it was beautiful. Property manager greeted us when we arrived and was super helpful. Communication with host was also good

Our family greatly enjoyed this property, and it was extremely well cleaned when we arrived. We loved all the activities for the kids like fishing, board games, Xbox, the pool, and we especially liked taking the pontoon boat boat out to Anclote Key!

Location and layout of home are excellent! Enjoyed having the boat and outdoor area to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Had our extended family stay with us and had good spaces to play games, watch shows, would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
