The property was specifically as listed and proved to be just what we needed to visit Western Michigan and visit Holland, Michigan for the Tulip festival. The house was well stocked and very comfortable we enjoyed our stay and it fit our needs. Our only criticism would be the furnishings while comfortable were quite dated, additionally We would suggest a written instructions on the operation of the TV.Finally during our stay there was a power outage not realizing if it was a power company issue or a breaker problem we called the property management company and despite it being a blown transformer in the neighborhood the maintenance guy showed up to check everything, very impressed with the effort and response time.

The house was clean and had plenty of room for a fun adult get away. When we arrived the driveway and walk were snow covered, but host responded quickly with a solution. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen gear and there was plenty of bedding.

The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 7. The area was very nice. It was a quick drive to the Maritime Museum and downtown South Haven. We really enjoyed being there during the winter. It wasn't crowded in town and we still found plenty to do!

A quiet neighborhood a few blocks to the beach was a plus. Home was dark and decor dated. Patio was covered with leaves so called rental agent who had it cleaned off. Barbecue worked well. Wanted to open Master bedroom window but it was covered with cobwebs. Sheets and towels worn.
