Bedroom #2 is an open loft upstairs with views of the river and its own cozy bathroom with a walk - in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave and dishwasher.
Keurig coffee maker k-cup and drip combo.
Pots, pans, utensils, bowls, toaster, mixer, blender and other kitchen equipment.

Office space is provided with a comfortable chair should you need it during your stay.

Private fishing dock. All kinds of fish and crabs can be caught at different times of the year here.

Canal in front of the home is navigable with high tide only and dries out at low tide.
If you bring your boat we recommend using the Carrabelle ramp that is located 3 mins drive from the home.
There's plenty of parking space on the property to park your boat and cars.

Kayaks and life vests are provided and you can use the private ramp on the property to access the river. Remember to watch your tides and the canal in front of home gets shallow at low tide.
