There is direct access from the elevator floor to a large entrance hall, which opens to the various rooms. On the right is the well-equipped kitchen, with table and chest, electric stove and oven, washing machine and refrigerator, which also leads to a first small terrace overlooking the green and fresh area; a little further on the right you enter the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom; a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds; both bedrooms have an exit to the terrace that overlooks Barzio. The bathroom has a bathtub with a hand shower. Also from the entrance room there is access to the large living room, with a large table, two sofas that can be transformed into a sofa bed, fireplace and large terrace with fantastic views of the Valsassina and the Grigne group.
The apartment is equipped with electric shutters, electric awning, and mountain-style furnishings.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The water heating is based on an 80-liter electric boiler. The heating of the apartment is centralized and follows this schedule:

from October 20 to November 30 and from April 1 to May 1: only on weekends (on Friday evening and off Monday morning);
always available from December 1 to March 31;
From April 17 to May 1, 2025 it will be exceptionally always on.

Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
