Pop into Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise or venture south to Burleigh...all easily accessible by car and the beach is only a very short drive.
Bifold doors open up all along the large open plan living area making a seamless transition to the gorgeous outdoor entertaining area complete with comfortable outdoor lounge, 12 seater dining table, BBQ , not to mention the turquoise tiled pool, sunloungers, playground, sandy beach and jetty!
The kitchen windows also open up completely offering a huge servery and stunning views.... the kids can jump out of the pool and grab a sandwich and a drink without having to dry off or traipsing water through the house!

The house was excellent for a multi family (including young children) vacation. It was clean with no odours, all the beds were comfortable, the bunk beds were suitable for the ages of our younger family members - the rungs on the ladders for the upper bunks were widely spaced and therefore suitable for taller children. The play equipment and 'beach' area was a bonus.The house is a rental and does require basic maintenance for general wear and tear, but for me that was not a negative and did not adversely affect our stay. We reported we found a broken toilet seat and the dishwasher leaked and both items were inspected immediately and replaced the following day. The pool area is safe, but because the pool is open to wind blown debris it was not pristine when we arrived for our stay (July) but once we removed / cleaned the debris, we were able to swim with no issues. There are some tiles missing from the pool walls and floor but they are not sharp. All gates to water areas are appropriately "kid safe".There are cafes, IGA and a butcher within walking distance. Communicating with the host was prompt and efficient

Place is slightly rundown and some sliding doors did not open in the rooms, ensuite did not have a door between the bedroom definitely needs maintenance all over the house.
