This home truly felt like our own private retreat. It was beautiful and exactly as described. It’s close to everything yet still feels tucked away and peaceful. We made wonderful memories here and can’t wait to return. The communication was awesome and kept us informed every step of the way. They were also very responsive with any questions, etc.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was extremely clean, spacious, and bright. The rooms were decorated with beach themes, very cozy. Comfortable lounging chairs by the clear, clean pool. The only glitch was that the spa tub connected to the pool was not working properly; the Island Time personnel were absolutely wonderful and very quick to respond. Access to the beach was about 5 minutes; easy bike ride into Harbor Town. Highly recommend renting this property if you want a fun vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home location to the ocean and beach is outstanding. We had no AC for more than two days and could not use the main great room, kitchen or dining room. The home needs some TLC given this is a "premier property". We requested an adjustment to our invoice but no response has occurred.
