With a 15-minute walk you can reach Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, and a few steps away you will find the vaporetto stop that will take you to Piazzale Roma or the island of Murano.

Furnished with class and with a clean and modern design, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, consisting of a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
