We love Cozumel! This was our third time visiting the island and the first in the Norte zone. It’s a nice quiet location, away from the boise of the busier shopping and cruise ship areas. We found it useful to rent a car since taxis would add up. The condo itself is clean with all we needed for our stay. The washer and dryer were a plus since we packed light. The only thing is be careful using the stairs I to the ocean. They are slippery (!) so I wiped out down a few and bruised my buns, but that didn’t ruin any second of our trip.

This property has a great location and views. It is quiet and well run. It is, however, an aging property that has some clear delayed maintenance. Nothing to ruin your stay, but noticeable. The condo is clean and the owners and management are responsive and professional.
