A very quiet setting just minutes away from all the activity on Rehoboth Ave, the beach, the boardwalk and Dewey. 3 BR 2 1/2 Ba, an outdoor shower and full size washer and dryer. The on ramp to Route 1 North Coastal Highway is a block away giving easy access to shopping and restaurants. There are two parking spaces reserved for this unit labeled 5. Have fun in the sun at the beach and boardwalk. Relax in the cozy sunroom. New carpeting 6/12/24. Updated shower/bath in upstairs hallway 7/6/2024. New hardwood flooring 4/30/25. Renovated kitchen 4/30/25.

The home was very clean, well equipped with any needs you may want. Excellent communication. Easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Very safe.

Our family had such a great time in this house for an extended weekend getaway. It was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. It was a little too far from the beach to walk with our toddler, but the parking pass and parking map on the fridge made street parking near the beach super easy for us. The kitchen had just about every gadget and tool you could possibly need, and I really appreciated the provided beach toys. As a bonus, my husband and I really enjoyed the walk down memory lane getting to use the VHS player and watching some of our favorite movies from when we were kids.

This rental is a comfortable, basic townhouse in a quiet neighborhood with easy on/off access to Coastal Highway and a short walk to Rehobeth Avenue. On arrival, the AC was welcomed as was the basic cable TV connection and the Wi-Fi. The washer and dryer were true conveniences. The king and queen beds were comfortable and the owner provided lots of bath towels. The most direct route to the beach is behind the nearby school to a pedestrian bridge (Turtle Bridge). The bridge over Turtle Creek provides a viewing area of the numerous water turtles and a huge snapping turtle in the creek.
The housekeeping was unsatisfactory. The refrigerator top and the underside of the range hood had a thick layer of grease; one stove burner did not work; and the sink disposal shook the entire sink when it was turned on. No broom, no trash bags, and no dish cloths were available. The outdoor shower was broken. The chair and sofa cushions were filthy and had to be covered with bedsheets before sitting on them. Bikes were provided but no air pump could be found. The ceiling fan in the sunroom had to be repaired and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom had to be replaced due to a dangerous wobble. Water damage from to second floor hallway bathroom required a complete tub surround tear out and replacement that required 9 ½ hours to complete. The beach is 5 blocks east but carrying items to/from the beach quickly became tiresome. An umbrella is provided but bring your own beach chairs.
