The Strandgut building features 4 three-room apartments, each approximately 70 square meters in size, with spacious balconies or terraces, as well as an exclusive, sun-drenched 110-square-meter penthouse apartment with 2 panoramic balconies. These tastefully and modernly furnished apartments invite you to feel at home and relax. A love of nature is reflected in the apartments’ unique decor, featuring finds from the beach.

The cozy living-dining area features real wood furniture and direct access to the balcony. From here, you can enjoy watching the ship traffic, the hustle and bustle of the harbor, or simply the unobstructed view across the Wieker Bodden all the way to Hiddensee. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave—leaving nothing to be desired.
The two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, offer plenty of space for four people. A fifth sleeping spot would be possible in exceptional cases on the couch and by prior arrangement. The bathroom features underfloor heating and a walk-in glass shower.

A smart room ventilation system with heat recovery ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times without the need for additional ventilation (particularly suitable for people with allergies).

Enjoy the maritime charm of the coast with us, as well as a wonderful beach vacation that leaves nothing to be desired.
