3033 Seascape is a beautifully renovated two bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome located just minutes from the beach! The owners of this condo completed a full remodel, including all new appliances and furnishings.
The open-concept floor place features a comfortable living area with plush furniture and a Smart TV. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and has access to the private patio. The stunning kitchen has stainless appliances, marble counters and plenty of space to cook a meal for your friends and family.
The second level houses both bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, floor to ceiling windows, a Smart TV. This room also has a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle, as well as a twin daybed. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Seascape allows TWO vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Please specify number of car passes that are needed.
Guests of Seascape have access to two community pools, as well as private restrooms at the beach. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from Seascape. Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach Park, The Beach Market and the Coligny Theatre are within biking distance. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Overall the property was not bad just not exactly what I expected. The beds were not very comfortable, the stairs were very steep and narrow. There was no bathroom downstairs. The bedrooms were always hot and the downstairs was cold. The floor between the kitchen and dining room was buckled and was very awkward to walk on. Nothing really seemed to “fit” in the kitchen or bathrooms. The appliances were too large for the area and the vanity in the master bath was too big for the room. When the law. Crew came to “blow” the sidewalks they blew stuff up under the front door, a lot of stuff.
