This was our second year staying at Portico. This condo, and the development as a whole, is great. It is clean, bright, and perfect for families with kids. Its super convenient to get to Deer Valley, Main Street, and Park City Mountain. The owners are easy to reach and super helpful. A great stay!

Reviewer Comments:
This condo was cozy, clean, quiet, had everything we needed. Parking was easy in the shared garage with the elevator near our unit's entrance. The hot tub was nice after a long day of skiiing, kitchen had everything we needed, the master bedroom was very comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains. The guest bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, which we didn't know when we booked it so it is a bit of a trek up two flights of stairs. Our guests complained it was too hot on the 3rd floor and the thermostat would reset itself to 70 degrees every night but other than that, the entire experience was very nice. It isn't really close enough to walk to the lifts, but a 5 minute drive to the lifts, restaurants, grocery, etc.

Overall good experience. The location was just a 10 min walk from downtown park city and in a nice neighborhood. Bus stop about 3 min walk away. The condo lacked kitchen needs- extra trash bags, spices, etc so be prepared to bring some. Wouldn’t recommend booking for 8/9 as the living room and kitchen gets pretty tight. Dishwasher also is super small for cooking for big groups.
