We are perfectly situated for easy access to the best of Port St Joe, Windmark Beach, and the Gulf! You are just 3 minutes to Windmark Beach or the Gulf, 8 minutes to Port St Joe, and steps away from exclusive community amenities including 3 pools and a hot tub!

Great property and comfortable for a family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there’s plenty of space. It’s a 5 minute drive to windmark beach, not really walkable, but you can park close to the sand and don’t have to carry your beach stuff very far

Great property to stay out! Stephanie was easy to communicate with and work with. The townhouse has a great layout for a family. The property was quiet, and we had the pools to ourselves a few times, too! Loved the swing on the screened-in front porch. So relaxing to sit on at night with the lights. The townhouse had everything we needed. So nice having beach chairs, cart, and stand-up boards!
