The private garden is fitted with garden furniture. There is a private parking, a TV, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a freezer, a combined refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The house is located 500meter away from the sea, 1 km from the first beaches and 2 km from the shops at the Pink Granite Coast, between Perros Guirec and Trebeurden.

Not far from the water, a modern house with all amenities and plenty of room. There are many highlights of the Granite Rose coast nearby and the location is also the starting point for many hikes in the region. The communication with the owner was always excellent . We very much recommend the property.

The property is really nice with a Lot of rooms, and a nice Garden. The House ist equipped with everything needed for a great stay (good Equipment of the kitchen, Barbequeue, Infotainment, several baths, toilets etc) and everything is Clean and with a high quality. The owners are really nice and helpful, thanks a Lot!

It is a lovely house, great spaces and light. We appreciated how clean it was and how easy to care for. Gilles was very helpful and it was pleasure to stay here. We look forward to returning.
