The Space:

The full estate includes three homes: The Swan House (3.5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths), The Lakeside House (studio with loft, 1 bath) and The Glacier House (loft cabin, 1.5 baths) - 7.5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total, sleeping up to 22 guests. Shared amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ and outdoor dining, putting green, game room with ping pong, fitness center with Peloton, steam shower, Sonos sound system and gourmet kitchens.



Guest Access:

When you book this expansive estate, you enjoy exclusive access to all three private homes and the entire property grounds. Your group will have full use of our premium shared amenities, including the heated swimming pool, relaxing hot tub, fully equipped gym, and the fun filled game room. We provide free parking directly on the premises for your convenience, ensuring a seamless arrival and stay for all guests.

Nestled among the towering pines overlooking the pristine waters of Flathead Lake, this retreat offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. You are just minutes away from the charming downtown area of Lakeside, where you can enjoy local dining and quaint shops. For a broader selection of amenities and services, the city of Kalispell is a convenient 15 to 20 minute drive away. Adventure seekers will appreciate the prime location, as the breathtaking landscapes of Glacier National Park are reachable within a 45 minute drive, making this an ideal base for your Montana explorations.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we highly recommend traveling by car to fully enjoy the beautiful Lakeside area and its surroundings. We provide ample free parking directly on the premises for your vehicle. Please note that there is no reliable public transportation in this area, so having your own transport is essential for reaching local attractions or traveling to and from Glacier Park International Airport, which is approximately a 45 minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Check in is available from 4:00 PM and check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Please note that a minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all bookings. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Parties and events are not permitted. We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Use of the pool and hot tub is at your own risk and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. One dog is allowed with approval.
