Shore Elegance! Welcome to 35 Sampson, a single family 5br 4 bath home with 5 decks (3 with ocean views) and a hot tub and a storage room behind the garage with an extra fridge .
All this just steps to the beach on the ocean block. Quiet part of town but a short walk to boardwalk rides and attractions. True elegance in design, furnishings, and layout creates a unique Jersey Shore experience.
This rental is for families only. No large groups or parties including Prom parties. Must be 27 years old and up to rent.
Summer rentals are 7 night minimum and Saturday check in to Saturday check out only from Mid July to Mid September. Bed sheet linens only included for 7 nights or more stays. Outside of summer rentals you must bring your own sheets and pillowcases; blankets and pillows are provided.
From the front entry way you will find immediate relaxation in this elegant home. The main floor offers a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker. The dining area offers a large table plus 4 barstools at the kitchen island. The living room offers ample seating and with the slider nearby to a large deck. On the deck there are 2 chairs with a table plus a picnic style bench for eating. There is a full bath just outside the bedroom behind the kitchen. A pantry and a large deck that offers more dining and casual relaxation seating under string lights round out the main floor.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. Two bedrooms share a hall bath. The third bedroom on that floor is a Jr. Master Suite with its own private full bath and deck with stunning ocean views.
On the top level is the exclusive master suite with private full bath and deck. The bath offers 2 sinks, storage cabinetry, and a separate toilet room. The private deck has 3 rocking chairs and two accent tables with the best ocean views.
Also on the top level is a common roof deck for the whole house to use with incredible views of the beach, ocean, and all the rides lit up down the other end of the boardwalk.
There is a 2 car tandem parking garage at street level with the back half of the garage has a second fridge and storage.
8 beach badges included! Beach and bath towels stocked at the house as well and available for use if you wash, dry, and put back as found or simply bring your own!

What a great find! I'll start with three words. Nugget. Ice. Maker.This house is an absolute gem for larger groups. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 7 kids and not once did we feel crammed. The bonus room off the garage was a great space for the older kids and the bunk room was the excitement of the weekend for the younger kids. Each bedroom was beautifully designed and spacious. And can we talk about the views?? Each evening we traveled to the top deck to watch the sun set and then migrated to the 2nd floor deck for after-dinner drinks. Coffee on the front balconies is a must!The kitchen was greatly stocked (with the exception of only having 4 coffee mugs, but we made it work). For those staying the entire week, the full fridge in the bonus garage room will come in handy. And did I mention the built-in nugget ice maker??Michelle was incredibly responsive not only leading up to our stay, but also while we were there. You can't beat the location either, with a short walk to the boarwalk and beach. If you're looking for a spacious house for a family vacation, stop scrolling and just book this house!

Michelle was a wonderful host! Excellent communication and attentiveness to any and all questions/concerns. Provided a professional team to care for the property (upkeep of hot tub, trash removal, linen service) which is unique in my experience. Friendly and personable which made the stay very comfortable. All of us had an amazing vacation and you cannot beat the location! Would recommend this rental and hope to return!

Our group of 12 had an enjoyable family vacation. I really liked the ice maker since we would always have to buy ice in past years. The house was great and we had an enjoyable time.

Perfect location master suite is amazing host was easy to contact . The only thing to keep in mind if your group has more than 4 cars you will have to pay to street park
