Wonderful stay! Very clean and easy to check-in/out. Had a question while staying there and the property manager responded right away. Most kitchen tools provided, so it was easy to cook while we were there. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Guests should be aware that the spacious backyard is NOT enclosed - the fences in the picture belong to neighbors. There are no gates, so children would need supervision while playing back there. It is a non-smoking property, but someone had clearly been smoking in the garage before we arrived. However, there was no trace of it in the house. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely be willing to stay there again.

Everything was up to Vrbo standards. Nice, quiet neighborhood (good streets for a walk). House clean and well equipped. Good communication with host and easy check in and out. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well supplied with pans, utensils, dinnerware, and a nice coffee-maker (essential)! I can fully recommend this Vrbo to anyone considering it. Well situated between Athens and Huntsville area.

Everything was as expected with no issues with the unit. Quiet setting, only annoyance was a dog continuously barking in the evening, made sitting outside not as enjoyable as it could’ve been. Couldn’t hear it inside the home. Overall a great place to stay, would stay there again.
