This home is perfect for hosting large gatherings indoors and outdoors! The 1st level of the home offers an open floor plan with a kitchen/dining area for 10 with custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops and an expansive island. One of the best features of this floor are the 2 walk out patios with rocking chairs! The largest patio is just off the living room, overlooking the pool and is the full length of the house! For added privacy or a break from the sun, floor-to-ceiling curtains can easily be pulled. If you prefer to entertain outdoors this home has a fenced yard with a 10 ft x 20 ft private pool, Gas Grill, Custom Bar and new bar stools and mini fridge, Outdoor Dining Table, Outdoor Living Room and 2 50-inch TV's! One of the master bedrooms is located on the main level and features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own ensuite bathroom. This spacious bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.The 2nd level of the home is the perfect hang out spot with a multipurpose gaming table, Smart TV, queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin over double bunk bed. This level features 3-bedrooms and a spacious hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 1 features 2 bunk beds and a twin-sized single just off the living room.
