The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

São Bento Train Station (1.5km); 7min by car
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (16.8km); 18min by car
Uber is available for download and use in Porto.
The building has an elevator but unfortunately is not working.
The check-in will take place directly at the property with the presence of a greeter, depending on availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Nice flat, very clean, equipment satisfactory. The only weak point was that some other residents of the building sometimes were quite noisy at night. Apart from that, WE were very happy with the apartment and everyone, neighbors as well as the guestready staff, were friendly and nice
