Located very close to the Leyre, between the Arcachon basin (45 minutes from the Dune du Pyla and the ocean beaches of La Teste de Buch) and Bordeaux (50 minutes from the city center, on the road to the Bordeaux vineyards: near AOC Pessac Léognan) we invite you to come and spend your holidays in our house with private swimming pool on the edge of the forest in the town of Belin-Beliet.
The accommodation
You will enjoy a contemporary single-storey house composed of;
-an entrance opening onto a bright living room, a spacious and fully equipped open kitchen, a dining room, a sleeping area served by a corridor opening onto three bedrooms (two equipped with a 140cm bed and one with a bunk bed (sleeping children from 4 to 12 years old) a bathroom and separate toilet,
-Outside: a large fenced garden, a furnished terrace with swimming pool for private use, a private and covered parking for two vehicles.

Please note;
-when you make your reservation, we will ask you to provide a security deposit cheque of 1,500 euros and a valid identity document
-Maximum capacity: 6 people including 4 adults and 2 children (from 4 to 12 years old) (excluding babies under 3 years old).

Other remarks:
-Charges; Water and electricity in addition,
-In the event of exceptional soiling of the accommodation, an additional charge will be charged at 30 euros/hour.
