It was a nice stay in Tulsa. We were traveling with a group of competitive gymnasts, 3 moms, and 7 girls. The location was nice and basically a 15-minute drive from any direction we wanted to go. The property says it sleeps 12. I don't believe sleeping that many would be possible; we used every bed to full capacity, and there was not a pull out couch or anything. The management was responsive and very kind to allow a late check-out! The home was clean and looked newly remodeled. The oven was tricky to adjust; you have to be very patient when setting the temperature unless it's a preset temperature on the screen. If you need scissors, bring your own. Our only real complaint was bugs. Perhaps it's because we don't come from a humid environment; we weren't mentally prepared. We ran into many cockroaches and other bugs. Our girls wouldn't use the hot tub because of the number of bugs in it, and we couldn't find a net to scoop it out. Pest control would be a great idea!

The house was very clean and comfy. Our only suggestion coming from the master suite is that it would be nice to have a chair in the room….putting shoes on, sitting in the morning to watch TV. Just a suggestion! We enjoyed it as is! Thank you!

The back door does NOT lock.There is NO HVAC vent in the bunk bed room upstairs. Has a few mice running around in the morning.Host called and talked to us about the temperature on the thermostat being "too low" and we think that he was changing the thermostat during the night. The hot tub was not usable because of a bad smell and had to be drained during our stay.King bed on the first floor has a significant slope to it. Over all not a bad experience, just a few things to note to let everyone be aware of and that can be fixed. The house was very clean and everything worked. Great kitchen for cooking
