We loved this apartment. It was on the most beautiful street, so close to everything. No wifi—which made it difficult for us to communicate properly with the property manager, but that was our issue, not hers.
Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back. We loved Annecy!

Amazingly located, charming apartment, mostly clean (one bin not emptied); the sole problem was the lack of instruction of how to get through the door from the street (good instructions up to that point and after that point) - and (crucially) no way of contacting anyone (at all) at that time of night. But for a stranger appearing and showing us a ‘cheat’ way through the street door we’d have been urgently looking for alternative accommodation late at night with 4 children after a 14 hour drive. It is possible that i somehow missed the instruction on how to get through the street door - but that is why it is crucial that there is some means of communication (telephone number) - to sort out such issues. I tried messaging the owner to no avail and the booking agent was closed. In the end it all worked out, but it could have been a bit of a disaster.
