Designed specifically for Airbnb, with 2 bedrooms + a sofa bed, accommodating up to 7 people.
Spacious balcony with sofas and a swing, as well as a spacious living room and large dining table.
The building features a heated pool, sauna, gym, and playroom.
2 parking spaces, fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (heating and cooling).
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 7 people.
We have 2 parking spaces, but if you need more, there are parking lots (not included in the daily rate) just a few meters from the building.
In the vicinity of the building, there are 3 shopping malls (Shopping Curitiba right in front of the building, as well as Pátio Batel and Shopping Crystal very close by), a market, a pharmacy, and all the necessary amenities for shopping and daily needs, just a few meters from the Hard Rock Café.
The neighborhood is known as Batel, a prime location in Curitiba.
In addition to all the amenities listed, if you need a portable crib, just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide one at no cost :). Also, feel free to count on us for any information or questions you may have about the city, etc.
The building’s recreational area is incredible.
Swimming pool, sauna, playroom, game room, gym, and an incredible view of the city right from inside the apartment.
You’ll need a medical certificate to use the pool.
You don’t even have to leave to have fun.
We love hosting—we’ve been on Airbnb since 2016 and really pay attention to the details, especially when it comes to responding quickly and providing great service :) Come stay with us :).
