Tubing, boat rides and fishing in the Lagoon right behind the complex or the Gulf right in front, Waterville and Amusement Park, the Zoo, Putt Putt, go-kart track/bungee jumping, Gulf State Park fishing pier - 1540 feet long, Jet ski rentals/parasailing at Gulf Shores public beach, tons of dining and shopping, movie theaters, museums, parks, OWA new amusement park, bowling and trampoline park, golf and tennis, and so much more! Having access to the Lagoon and beach give you the best of both worlds. Enjoy the still waters of the Lagoon with the pass to the Gulf (perfect for toddlers and non-swimmers since it is shallow, protected swimming waters), or take the boardwalk across to the white sandy beaches where there is plenty of room for sunbathing and playing in the ocean. The Gulf Pass is about 3 blocks away, which connects the Little Lagoon to the Gulf of Mexico. There is great fishing, wading, and shallow waters for young kids.

This place was amazing. The view was the selling point and absolutely worth it. You can see forever from the balcony and thru the wall of windows, absolutely stunning sunset skies. Our family found everything we needed here. The beach gear was one of the biggest amenities to me. Our teens found fun and friends at the pool. The elevator was quick. Parking easy and close. Great AC and water pressure. Kitchen w everything you could need. We found comfort ending our long days at the condo and would happily stay again. Thanks!

These hosts think of everything. And they communicate very well. There will be no questions left unanswered. The property is well maintained, quiet, and reasonably well located.Two of the big selling points were the two master suites with adjoining baths, and the 17th floor full balcony view of the ocean. Fabulous!The kitchen was fully equipped, the house was ready to live in, and the sleeping accommodations were excellent. No improvements needed!Just a tip for future renters: try to eat on a schedule opposite the standard lunch and dinner times. You won’t be sorry. Otherwise you’ll be spending half of your vacation waiting in line for food.

Great location and incredible views of the beach and ocean! The place was very clean, and everything was easy to find. The labels were very helpful! Would 100% stay again!

Great property, but highly controlled and privacy concernsThe property itself was lovely, incredibly clean, and organized down to the smallest detail (every single thing, down to the labels on the toilet lids!). The amenities were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed using them all week. The hosts were nice, but guests should know this is a highly managed property. We discovered a camera located inside of the condo that were not clearly disclosed. While the hosts mean well, the combination of intense labeling and undisclosed surveillance made us feel uncomfortable about our privacy. Furthermore, Vrbo customer support dismissed our privacy concerns when reported. Overall, this was a great stay, but be aware of the strict oversight and lack of corporate backing if issues arise.
