O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
You are going to ABSOLUTELY LOVE this fully renovated Lake Front house. This is the perfect property to enjoy a relaxing stay in the Port Saint Lucie area. This house is in an absolutely amazing location, centrally located to all of the local attractions, entertainment and dining. Best of all, it's tucked away in a quiet, super safe neighborhood where you can comfortably relax & enjoy the peace and quiet of Florida.
Personally, when we stay at this property, we enjoy having morning coffee in the backyard adirondock chairs, overlooking the waterway. At that hour, you can enjoy the ducks, herons & even a local peacock that frequents the yard. Sitting out there during sunset is another amazing experience as you'll get to experience the herons winding down into the beautiful pink evening Florida sky. The backyard is completely fenced, with a gate access to get closer to the water if you enjoy fishing ( The waterway is full of bass and bluegill).
This house is a 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath house, with large floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining areas to ensure plenty of natural light & beautiful relaxing views throughout your stay. You will also enjoy lounging in the air conditioned "Florida Room" and staring out into the yard (that's one of our favorite place to entertain friends/play cards).
The house comes with everything that you would need on your stay (cooking supplies, silverware, bedding, sheets, etc)
The Property Is Centrally Located:
The Saint's Golf Course is only 3 minutes away
The Port Saint Lucie Botanical Gardens is only 4 minutes away
The Club Med Golf Course is only 5 minutes away (course can be seen from backyard)
The Treasure Coast Mall is only 9 minutes away (Great Shopping)
The Beach is only 15 minutes away
Downtown Stuart Waterfront dining is only 16 minutes away

Easy checkin, clean property, adequate facilities, comfy beds, great quiet neighborhood, yet minutes from groceries etc.Too bad there's a white fence around the backyard which kind of obstructs the view of the pond and wildlife. Also, just a small old charcoal grill and no patio or picnic/nice hangout area outside.Rich and his wife were fabulous communicators.

A nice mid-century home in a safe neighborhood, close to the Saints golf course and Jensen Beach. Easy check-in/out. The owner was very responsive. I would rent here again.
