The bright living areas both overlook and allow access into the private, fully enclosed garden - ideal for relaxing in the sunshine and al fresco dining. The modern fitted dining kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast from the fabulous local produce, and the dual-aspect spacious and light-filled sitting room offers plenty of comfortable seating, with extra warmth from a wood burning stove for cosy evenings. The two large bedrooms (king-size and flexible super-king/twin) have high quality beds and linens and blackout blinds / curtains. The ensuite bathroom has a rainfall shower, while the second bathroom has a large bath - both are equipped with fluffy towels and heated towel rails. There is ample off-street parking to the front of the house, with an EV charger for added convenience. Dogs are warmly welcomed and the garden has a practical outdoor hot and cold shower attachment - perfect for washing off sandy boots and paws. There is plenty of space outside and in the garage for storing bikes, toys or beach equipment.

Take a look around the independent shops and delicatessens, or even catch the excellent Coastliner bus to enjoy a day out visiting the other villages and attractions along the coast. Don't miss the spectacular beaches at Burnham Overy, Holkham, Wells and Brancaster, all within a few miles, and at the end of your day return home to the peace of the cottage for drinks in the garden, or a cosy evening round the fire.
