The host was excellent to work with and very responsive to communication. We loved the location of the VRBO and really enjoyed the nature area with walking paths.

My organization rented this property for visiting artists in town for our summer season. It is important to note that, at the time of our rental, this property did not have air conditioning, and during a prolonged heat wave, our artists were very uncomfortable. The owner did her best and sent along additional fans, but unfortunately those were not enough to combat the heat. The back yard is gorgeous, and the property has everything else one would need for a very enjoyable stay; however, I would only recommend this property for temperate and cold parts of the year, until the owner installs central air conditioning.
