Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Very cute property with heated pool and hot tub - lots of hang out places in a very cool area of Scottsdale. The place is a bit dated with very basic kitchen supplies - but it worked great for me.

Everything except one (see below) was nice. Right off the greenway, secure, quiet. Pool/hottub, grounds nice. Minor negative was supplies (bags, soaps, dishcloth etc were pretty minimal for a 2 weeks stay. We had to buy several household items and then had to leave them for the next guest-- if the cleaners did not throw them out. The major issue was the bed was very hard. I know some don't like a soft bed but wouldn't you put a medium firmness for a rental?? My wife and I have never been in a hotel room even with such a hard mattress. Many nights did not get a good sleep because had to toss and turn on the bed. So overall had to give the place a 3/5 rating.
