Stayed at this property with 2 other colleagues for a work event. The proximity to the square could not be better. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

We can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect for the 6 of us while we were in Gainesville for a wedding. The owner is awesome and was always only a text away. There were 2 sets of laundry rooms, a refrigerator in each room, the bathroom are all updates and beautiful. Four minutes to downtown Gainesville was nice for going out to eat and activities. If anyone is thinking of staying in Gainesville look no further, this is the place. You can set outside on the patio and we saw deer come through one evening.

Nicely decorated, nice size bed and bathrooms (lovely remodeled baths). Well supplied kitchen. Little touches to make the stay enjoyable.

This place has the potential to be really great - beautifully decorated, great overall setup, and a nice neighborhood with plenty of walkable restaurants and a grocery
