This was the perfect spot for a wonderful getaway with friends! The location is absolutely beautiful, right on the water with ever changing tides and views. Lovely house with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The house was in pristine condition and very comfortable.There are beach chairs, kayaks and a beach umbrella. Our favorite thing was bird watching from the deck. I highly recommend getting the Merlin app to identify the bird song. At any point in time you could hear up to 10 or 12different bird species. It was extremely windy our first day and the umbrella that was attached to the deck started to come loose. Garon was there within 15 minutes with drill in hand to take care of the problem. I highly recommend this lovely home!

The stay, location and amenities were ideal. We attended our daughter’s USCGA commencement ceremonies and we were able to get to and from where we needed to be easily. And, our family were comfortable in between all of the events. Thank you so much to our hosts for a lovely and quiet home.

This perfectly situated home lived up to its promises. Great, peaceful location, quiet neighborhood. Host was extremely responsive. Only good things to say.

Clean, comfortable house, well stocked with kitchen utensils, books and games, gorgeous views, lovely deck and kayaks, too. Plus the owner was the most communicative I’ve ever met, going as far as to provide a digital guidebook and prompt responses to my questions. Overall it was a fantastic stay. The only thing I didn’t realize was that there is a permanent renter who lives on one side of the first floor. We never even knew they were there until we saw them but it would have been nice to know we were sharing the house.
