• We do our best to keep the propane tank full; however, propane refills are the responsibility of the guest.
1. Use Aluminum Foil or Grill Mats
Always use aluminum foil or a grill mat when cooking to help prevent food and grease from falling through the grates. This reduces flare-ups and helps keep the grill clean for the next guest.
2. Clean After Use
Scrub the grates after grilling and dispose of all foil, food scraps, and grease in the trash. A grill brush and cleaning supplies are provided.
3. Turn Off the Propane Tank
After grilling, turn off all burners AND fully close the propane tank valve (turn clockwise until tight). This is essential for safety.
4. Replace the Grill Cover
Once the grill has fully cooled, securely replace the grill cover to protect it from the weather.
5. Leave It Ready for the Next Guest
Please treat the grill like your own — clean, safe, and ready for the next guest to enjoy.
6. Return Tools and Store the Clean Case
Return all grilling tools to their original location and place the clean utensil case back in its designated storage area.

Nice stay for kid’s activity in Buffalo State nearby. Rooms exactly as pictured, beds were clean and comfy, updated bathroom and well stocked kitchen, very convenient surroundings. Light for stairs leading to basement could be changed but overall excellent maintained home.

Everything was exactly as pictured. Great kitchen and room set up for a larger party to stay. Couldn’t say more good things about the property.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was well staged with amenities, and the festive decorations were a very welcomed extra touch. Host was very responsive and checked in during unexpected severe weather to offer support, which was greatly appreciated.
