WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
We've equipped our 3rd-floor condo with everything you and your family may need to start your vacation on the right foot. Our 1-bedroom has an ultra-firm king-size bed and a great view. The primary bath has an enviable shower/tub combo. Our primary bathroom suite does not have a door between it and the primary bedroom; however - there is a door between the bedroom and living area for your privacy. The main living areas include two cozy recliners, a couch with a sofa bed, a dining area for 4, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. As-is, our condo has room for 4 guests.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

The condo is in a secure gated community. There is an excellent beach view and a very short walk down to the beach. There were two bathrooms and one bedroom. There are not two recliners as the picture shows although the new replacement for those two recliners is a sofa with a recliner on one end and a chaise on the other. The king size bed does SAG on both sides although the middle was quite comfortable for sleeping. We did figure out the TV more easily than in many places and we had no issues. It was a comfortable two night stay.

Everything was great with this place. We were about as close to the beach as we could get, which was nice when bringing stuff up and down. There were no issues with cleanliness when we arrived, so were relieved, as we are neat freaks. The a/c worked well and the unit stayed very cool. All essential pots, pans and utensils were there, despite us usually bringing our own stuff. We would def stay here again if we planned another trip.

We called the management who said someone would come out to check the cable and no one ever showed. We enjoyed everything else but it would have been nice in our downtime to turn on the TV and relax
