The Beach
The nearest beach is the enchanting Castiglione di Ravello.
During the summer months, you can also take advantage of the services of a beach club, which features a bar and offers beach umbrellas and lounge chairs for rent. This enchanting beach with its crystal-clear waters is a delight to visit at any time of year: it’s crescent-shaped and nestled within an amphitheater of rocky cliffs, sheltered from the wind and blessed with a pleasant microclimate that makes sunbathing enjoyable year-round.
Other accessible beaches include those at Atrani, Amalfi, Minori, and Maiori.
Music
From the apartment, you can easily reach the famous gardens of Villa Rufolo, the historic villa where the renowned Ravello International Music Festival (Ravello Festival) is held every summer.
In the summer, the most beautiful concerts and events in Ravello take place at night, outdoors, in the gardens of its famous villas—suspended between the sky and the sea—against the backdrop of the enchanting nighttime view of the sea.

Hiking
From Ravello, there are moderate-difficulty hiking trails that will take you from the town’s elevation of 350 meters above sea level to the coast in as little as 30 minutes. You can descend either toward Amalfi or toward Minori, and then easily take the bus back up.
If you’re in good health, don’t miss this walk amid the colors and scents of the Mediterranean scrub: panoramas of extraordinary beauty will unfold before your eyes along the entire route.
Nearby Tourist Attractions
The apartment is located 7 minutes from the center of Ravello, where you’ll find a bus stop, shops, and restaurants. The nearest grocery store is nearby. You can reach the town center on foot by taking some pedestrian shortcuts.
In the center of Ravello, you’ll find a large pedestrian zone that starts at the main square (Piazza Duomo). There you’ll find shops and cafes with outdoor seating.
Staying in our apartment, you’ll be in an excellent location to visit Amalfi (6 km), Positano (20 km), Capri and Ischia, Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Mount Vesuvius, Naples, Caserta, Paestum, and other tourist attractions, using the efficient and affordable public transportation network, both by land and by sea.
In Ravello, you can take SITA buses, and at the port of Amalfi, you’ll find ferries and hydrofoils to explore the coast by sea and reach Capri, Ischia, and Naples. At the port of Amalfi, you’ll also find boats for short cruises along the coast to visit the Grotta dello Smeraldo (in Amalfi) and the Grotta Azzurra on Capri.
In all the towns along the Amalfi Coast, you can shop for fashion and high-quality artisanal products, such as Ravello wines, limoncello, perfumes, sweets, and ceramics. You can attend folkloric events and local festivals, as well as high-caliber artistic, musical, and cultural events, such as the Ravello Festival.
For those who wish to experience the vibrant nightlife of the Amalfi Coast, there are plenty of options: you’ll find romantic piano bars and exclusive nightclubs.
