The only real issue I had is the temperature in the Condo when I got there . It was 26.5c in the house and
since it was a Nest programmed thermostat . I texted the owner and he did respond quickly but is answer was it will take a little time for it to get lower . I then asked him why it was not programmed for it to be a nice of 22 Celsius . I did not agree with is answer . But the house was nice and lots room and a great location to accès all in the Area .

Property was well situated and very clean .Fenced in backyard is great for our dog. Outside would have required spring landscaping maintenance. Some plumbing fixture spouts required maintenance, they are all loose, had to tight one by hand but could not tight it enough due to access issue.I would without hesitation rent this property again.Owner replied to some inquiry within 8 hrs
