The Space
This cosy unit is designed for relaxed coastal living, with light-filled interiors and a simple, comfortable layout. The open-plan living and dining area flows to the balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking ocean views and sea breezes. The kitchen provides all essentials for easy holiday meals, while off-street parking adds convenience. Please note, linen is not included – guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats (linen hire is available locally). Blankets and pillows are provided

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the abundance of activities nearby, including dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, snorkelling, paddleboarding and kayaking.
For larger groups, this unit adjoins Amazing Views – a separate holiday home accommodating up to 6 guests. Both properties can be booked together to host extended family or friends.

The property is great. Remember to bring linen and towels. A little bit of noise from guests in adjoining accommodation as their front door is right next to bedroom window. Otherwise it was a relaxing place to unwind and lovely surrounds.

The property has great aspects to the water and trees from the windows and balcony and is within walking distance to shops and it's right on the beach and walking track to white sands beaches walk. It's bright and spacious for three adults.
Decor is quite basic, no fuss or frills. Some of the furniture is a bit dated and could be fresher, eg the sofas. Also there could be some instructions at the property about how to operate the gas tank powered hot water. But all in all really enjoyed our stay in Vincentia and thought it was great for the price and location.
