The standard for properties in Deer Valley may be lower than in other areas. Pluses: Great location and transport, modern furnishings, good TV and cable, comfortable beds, nice linens, clean, good hot tub. Negatives: The property appears to be owned by a large management company and lacks the feeling of a home. Some key items in the kitchen were not there (sink stopper, dish pan, dish rack), the stools at the bar are too low to use, one of the dining room chairs is falling apart, etc. Communication was limited to one email a week before check-in - never heard anything else. No house manual.

Great location and very nice condo. Everything was clean and fully stocked. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
