Walking distance to a popular fresh water pond and a 5 minute drive or bike ride to the amazing South Cape Beach or Popponesset Inn & Marketplace. Private and quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac street. Terrific location close to restaurants, bike & nature paths, museums, movies, ice cream, shopping, the ocean and more! Great place for families, couples, and small groups of friends.
This cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dining and lounging space both indoors and out. The main level has a queen bedroom and full bath. Upstairs has a large queen bedroom, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, and another full bathroom. There's also an outdoor shower with hot water.

We had a great stay with family at this cozy home. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location in New Seabury was perfect — close to beaches, groceries, restaurants, and the eateries, mini golf, and live music at Popponesset Marketplace.Owner was very responsive, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time at this home. It was in the perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed. Also, the owner so nice to deal with! Can't wait to stay there again.

Everything was just as it was described in the posting. The place was a beautifully decorated and immaculate. The community was lovely so quiet and pleasant. The house was cozy and so attractive. We wanted it for nothing! I would definitely stay here again.

The house is comfortable, clean and cozy. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, it was in a cute neighbourhood. We found it was easy to get to Woods Hole, Falmouth, Sandwich and even Hyannis. South Cape Beach was a short drive. We had a great, relaxing time!
