Easy to work with host and easy to contact him if needed. We had a get together with several old friends and this property worked perfectly for us.

We enjoyed this property. It was very close to to the Lake Havasu state park boat ramp. The side lot made it very easy to park our boat. The couch was super comfortable and the carpet was new and in good condition. The upper patio was with lake view was beautiful. There were plenty of towels. We would definitely stay there again.
