!!!New Opening in June 2025 - Exclusive and lovingly designed suites in an Alpine-chic style!!! See for yourself and let us surprise you...
Right in the heart of Reit im Winkl, in one of the most beautiful spots in the Chiemgau region, you’ll find our 18th-century historic building, which we completely renovated in 2024/2025.
Experience the cozy atmosphere in our family-run guesthouse and leave your everyday worries behind. Our location in the center of Reit im Winkl puts a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options right at your doorstep. All sports and recreational facilities—such as the outdoor pool, mini-golf course, hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, and the bus stop for the ski resorts—are just a few minutes’ walk away. Your benefit as our guest: We are a partner property/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy additional free benefits on top of our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool and the Kössen forest swimming pool.
Light-filled, chic, and spacious, and furnished with great attention to detail, our “Gamsbock” suite awaits you. In the entryway, you’ll find a spacious coat closet with cabinets, a safe, and seating. A separate restroom provides additional comfort. For social gatherings and relaxed dining, a modern high bench with chairs and a high table is at your disposal. In the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a 4-burner induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster, you’ll find everything you need for a quick breakfast or a snack between meals. A coffee and tea bar with a Nespresso capsule machine also ensures a relaxing stay. You can leave the stresses of everyday life behind on the comfortable couch, which also serves as an extra sleeping space. A large LED smart TV invites you to unwind.
Reit im Winkl is located in the Bavarian Alps, near the Austrian border, and offers an impressive natural setting with a wide range of recreational activities.
Reit im Winkl has been a certified climatic health resort since 1956 and, thanks to its ongoing commitment, has consistently met the requirements for this designation ever since. The high altitude ensures pleasantly cool nights and moderate summer heat; the pure air contributes to the healing effects on the body, and the therapeutic walking trails promote health through measured walking on ascending paths. An ideal place for those seeking relaxation!
The region is surrounded by impressive mountains, forests, meadows, and lakes. Ideal for your summer and/or winter vacation.
There are numerous hiking trails that wind through the picturesque landscape. Popular destinations include the Winklmoos and Hemmersuppenalm, the Dreiseen area, the Klausenbach Gorge, and the Gletschermühlenfeld.
You’ll receive a warm welcome from the senior owner, Resi Höflinger, as well as Julia & Lorenz Höflinger with Magdalena and Valentin
