A great location, clean room, and very pleasant host. The only way this stay could’ve been better is if the room had a kitchen. Great experience with no hiccups.

Wonderful hosts that are so generous. They left soft drinks and snacks in the refrigerator, a couple of beers, juice boxes and plenty of water. The room was wonderful and there was a large assortment of soaps and toiletries provided. We really felt at home.

I feel so lucky to have 'stumbled on Matilde and her lovely B & B. Matilde thinks of EVERYTHING. She is responsive and quick to follow through. The property is spotless, and Matilde can be seen working to keep it so. She is so kind and gregarious.
We loved the location which is so convenient to the Vatican and its wonders. Staying at this property made us feel like a real part of Rome, and not just tourists. Although it is old, that is part of its charm. It is not the Hyatt or Marriott, it is superior to these commercial ventures. We LOVED it, and we were enchanted by Matilde. She was very accommodating and supplied all necessary instructions. Would do it again and again. Thank you, Grazie Matilde!!

Matilda was fantastic for our stay to visit the Vatican and the Sistine chapel. She also was extremely helpful when we had difficulty getting a taxi and getting to the train station. Terrific stay!
