Beautiful Country House in a Rural Condominium with capacity for up to 40 people.
It has 10 bedrooms:
5 with ceiling fans.
5 with air conditioning.
Each has two double beds and a private bathroom.
Private pool and hot tub.
Fully equipped kitchen

Parking space for up to 8 cars
Shared semi-Olympic-sized pool, soccer field, tennis court, and multi-purpose court.
Through the app, reservations are limited to 16 people and 6 rooms; additional guests incur an extra charge.
The space
The house is located in a beautiful country-style condominium on the outskirts of Melgar and Girardot, on the main road connecting the two towns. the area covers 1,500 m² where you can enjoy green spaces, a pool, and a hot tub; it also features larger communal areas throughout the complex.

The house is located in a condominium and is therefore subject to condominium regulations; guests must adhere to the rules of the complex.
This house is primarily a space for families to enjoy themselves in a wholesome way.
Noise and curfew rules must be respected. You may gather with your family outside the house, ‼️ until 10 p.m. After that time, speakers are not allowed in the pool area, and after that time, music inside the house must be kept at a moderate volume until no later than 11 p.m. ‼️ Remember that this is how you live in your own home* and you must respect your neighbors’ environment; furthermore, this is a police code regulation that must be followed to avoid penalties.
‼️‼️ATTENTION!!!! 👀THE NOISE LAW IS NOW IN EFFECT, WHICH APPLIES TO BOTH HOMEOWNERS AND DIRECT VIOLATORS—THE FINE IS OVER 700,000‼️‼️
If anyone would like to hold a social gathering, we can make a reservation in advance for the condo’s community hall. That space now has hours better suited for this purpose, and it also features an Olympic-size pool and is a great place for recreation.
It’s important to reserve the community hall in advance to ensure that the space and the desired date are available.
This is a great place to spend time with family.

Inside the house, you may play your own music until 11 p.m. at a moderate volume; and by the pool, music is only allowed until 10:00 PM
Remember that this is a regulation enforced throughout Colombia under the National Police Code, which must be respected to avoid penalties; otherwise, these charges will be billed directly to your account.
