Take a short walk to our neighbourhood pond and trails through the forest along a coldwater creek.
Shared balcony off the Coffee Area overlooks the neighbourhood.

Delicious full breakfasts served most mornings. Complimentary self serve continental Breakfast available for early risers. Upgrade to our deluxe hot breakfast served in the Dining Room at your requested time (7:30am to 10am) which includes Mimosas, Cappuccino or Lattes in addition to our usual 3 course breakfast(only $25). A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted with prior approval-a fee of $35 per visit applies(max one week).

Very comfortable rooms. Based on our schedule we could only do the continental breakfast, it was delicious and lots of selection. Lynn the host was very responsive when messaging.
