The villa is located very close to the center of Ciudad Quesada, in the southern part of the province of Alicante. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 adults. If necessary, we can provide a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub for children under 3 years old.

It features a magnificent private pool, which is maintained year-round to ensure it’s ready for guests staying at our property, along with unlimited Wi-Fi, free Netflix, a BBQ, and on-site parking. Since many people live here year-round, you’ll find a wide range of local services, including restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies, medical clinics, beauty and wellness centers, all kinds of local shops, public and private transportation (including taxis), a gas station, and a water park in the summer—all right in the same town.

SPANISH:

Villa with a private pool and BBQ near the center of Ciudad Quesada, south of Alicante. It is a completely private villa, recently renovated in May 2020.

The house is equipped with all necessary appliances, as well as air conditioning in the living-dining room and master bedroom, heating in all rooms, wireless Wi-Fi, TV + NETFLIX, dishes and silverware, a full set of kitchen utensils, bedding and towels, shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, a first-aid kit, and a cleaning kit.

The towns of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura, which are accessible by public transportation, feature large shopping and entertainment centers such as La Zenia Boulevard and Habaneras, as well as numerous beaches in the municipalities of La Mata and Guardamar, located 4 kilometers away.

The La Marquesa golf course is located within the development itself, and there are 15 other golf courses within 40 kilometers. The development also features a water park.

Smoking is permitted, but only in open areas, such as the terraces; never inside the house.
