Charming T3 particularly well appointed, warm, located in the very lively Bastille district.
2 separate bedrooms with good quality beds, shower room, separate toilet, equipped kitchen, living room, sofa bed, TV, wifi.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The area of the accommodations are 47.3m2.
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, rue de Lappe*.
*Particularly lively street in the evening with its bars and restaurants.
It can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 2).
The apartment has 2 bedrooms which allows you to have your privacy during a stay with friends or family.
The 1st bedroom is composed of a double bed 140x190cm and the second of 2 single beds installed in the Italian style (double bed).
The fully equipped kitchen. Very practical, it will make you want to cook good dishes during your stay.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, hairdryer.
WC with separate sink.
*2 magnificent fans at your disposal in hot weather*
INFORMATION:
The entire apartment is dedicated to travelers.
No common area except the small stairwell of the building in which it is requested to respect the calm.
The keys are systematically handed over by a member of the team who is present to answer your questions.
*Groups of young people under 21 years old are not accepted.

*no pets
*prohibition of organizing parties
We offer a late check-in service on request (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm and 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.
Rental of childcare equipment or fans/air conditioners/auxiliary heaters: €50 (for the entire duration of the stay).
We invite you to respect the time of the appointment that you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little earlier than the time set. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be billed 30€.

Fee of 30€ for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 pm, and on December 25 and January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.
In the event of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.
Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning & laundry package included in your reservation:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of your stay.
For bookings of one month or more, an intermediate cleaning at the price of 75€ (every two weeks) must be carried out and at your expense. This is to maintain and check the accommodation.
Any trip that is not of an emergency nature will be invoiced to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Do not hesitate to inquire.
Important:
A lease must be signed in parallel with the rental platform before your arrival, in French and in a dematerialized way (electronic signature).

The location couldn’t be more convenient, right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport and local attractions. The rental itself was impeccably clean.

Property is in Bastille. A small street which has a lot of bars and pubs. Although they are noisy at night, the windows are double glazed, so can't hear a thing when quiet.
We were able to sleep a family of 4 very comfortably in apartment.
Friendly and frequent communication from managers made arriving very easy.
We would highly recommend apartment. We would stay again if we come back.
Couple of downsides of property, which wlfor us were no big deal were:
- As apartment was compact, there was some, but limited room for clothes, so although some clothes were in shelves, my wife's and my clothes were mainly in suitcase (which didn't bother me).
Also, toilet is adjacent to kitchen. Again, not a big deal, as there is a lockable sliding door, it is not completely sound proof.
Overall loved the place!

Had a very nice stay here. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well appointed. Close walk to Bastille metro, bus lines, and taxi stand, and easy to walk to many points of interest. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The apartment is on a busy street, but the windows are insulated so you hear very little noise despite being in the thick of things. No A/C but the owners provided fans. Be aware this is a third-floor walk-up and that the doors between rooms are very low (tall people beware!).

The accommodation is centrally located, much is within walking distance, the metro, the Seine is close. Overall, a nice, lively environment. However, the street is a party mile, and if you want to have peace and quiet at night, you should not choose this accommodation. The apartment is okay for a few days/nights. The stairwell, however, is creepy; gloomy, wallpaper half torn off. At first I thought I had landed at "Les Miserables".
