Even though this is mentioned in several parts of the listing, it occasionally it gets overlooked; there is a mother in law apartment over the back area of the house where other guests may stay. There are no shared spaces and separate entrances. I do ask all guests to respect each others vacations by observing quiet hours between 10:00pm - 7:00am. Thank you.

Location of the property is fantastic and there is plenty of parking. The inside is cute with quite a large living area. I would recommend the shower curtains be changed and it would be nice if some powdered creamer was included with the coffee.

I appreciated the air conditioning unit during this hot summer. It was in a good area close to town with a car. Parking was great!

The house was very clean, the decorative theme was consistent and clean, and the home has a very efficient layout. Close to plenty of food options
